UV Cured manufactures portable UV curing machines that are the most innovative, reliable, and safe to operate machines available today. Using our experience of over seven years in the UV coating and machine manufacturing business, we have created machines that are extremely user friendly and versatile. We offer a wide range of choices that will meet the needs of any professional. Our machines range in sizes from a 9” Edge curing unit to 27 inch self propelled machine. Heavy gauge powder coated steel forms the structure of each machine. Our Cure LogicTM board monitors key operating conditions to prevent mishaps and critical failures. An LED speed control display helps the operator keep the machine at a steady pace to maximize cure speed and prevent under curing. Laser pointers help guide the operator in a straight line.
We offer 100 percent solids and water-based coatings that are solvent free and cure instantly when exposed to the high intensity ultra violet light produced by our portable UV curing machines. Ultra violet light is used as the catalyst that reacts with the photoinitiators which in turn begins the cross linking process of the molecules. This process all happens in a faction of a second. These coatings literally cure at the speed of light. The cross-linking is so complete that the resulting cured coating can be put into service immediately.
The complete and dense cross-linking of molecules provides amazing chemical and abrasion resistance. This technology, once only available to OEM factories at huge initial set up costs, is now available to you at a small fraction of the cost.
